Terms of Service

By booking a session and purchasing images, you agree to the following terms.

Booking and Payment
A non refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due by the session date unless otherwise stated. Galleries will not be delivered until payment is paid in full.

Copyright and Usage
All images remain the copyrighted property of the photographer. Clients receive a personal use license for downloaded images. Images may not be sold, altered with heavy filters, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Cropping is allowed. Credit is appreciated when sharing online.

Image Delivery
Images are delivered via an online gallery. Turnaround time is estimated and may vary based on season and volume. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to client cooperation, weather, lighting conditions, or circumstances beyond control.

Editing Style
Editing is done in the photographer’s signature style. Additional edits or retouching beyond the delivered gallery may incur an extra fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If the client cancels, the retainer is forfeited. Rescheduling may be accommodated once with sufficient notice and subject to availability.

Refunds
Due to the nature of digital photography, no refunds are given once images have been delivered.

Liability
The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session. Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of all participants.
